Shipment and Returns

SHIPPING:

ORDERS FROM OUR STORE ship WORLDWIDE. An additional charge per shipment is applied to customers. Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery in Spain. Most international packages will arrive within 14-25 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 35 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 45 days of the shipment delivery date. 

RETURNS:

1- Returns accepted only if the product is faulty

2- Return shipment fees shall be paid by the customer. 

3- If the product is faulty, contact us first through instagram (@_blvckapparel_) or on the website before you send the product. 

4- If we find it to be our problem for a faulty or a wrong product, the customer will choose to be refunded or have the product replaced.

TAXES:

All European Union orders are shipped with their Delivery Duty paid.

Clients outside the European Union might suffer local charges depending on the local customs in the country of residence. But that is usually not the case.
